Join us in picturesque and sunny, Portugal and Spain on this 12 day escorted women’s golf tour, fully hosted by one of our Golf & Tours Hosts.

Staying in 5 & 4 star hotels and resorts for the duration of the tour, we will be touring (and relaxing) in style.
We’ll begin this Women’s Portugal & Spain Golf Tour, from Portugal’s enchanting capital city of Lisbon, where we will play Penha Longa and the newly opened Dunas Golf Club. We’ll also enjoy a half day Walking Tour with a local guide.
Following the Atlantic shore south to The Algarve, we’ll play at the stunning Monte Rei and Quinta do Lago South Golf Clubs, as well as indulge in a fabulous lunch at 2 Passos Restaurant, and a boat cruise along the stunning Algarve Coast.
We then cross into Spain, and enjoy some time in the magical city of Seville, before continuing to the Mediterranean Sea and the Costa del Sol. Here we will play San Roque Golf Club, and Finca Cortesin, host of the 2023 Solheim Cup.

Lisbon, is a city rich in history and culture, colonized by many civilizations along the centuries: Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, Moors and finally the Portuguese after 1147. This Walking Tour of Lisbon, will be escorted by our local, English speaking guide, will take you through the origins of Lisbon and behind the city walls. You’ll visit St. George Castle, and its surrounding quarter, Alfama, Lisbon’s oldest quarter, as well as visiting the traditional commerce zones of the city, with their 18th-century buildings: the Downtown and the Chiado.

This morning we will check out of our hotel and transfer to the beautiful Algarve, stopping on the way to play golf. We will reach the club via a lovely short ferry crossing from Setubal to the Peninsula of Troia.
The Dunas Course at Terras da Comporta, designed by David McLay Kidd, opened in 2023, and has already established itself in the top tier of continental golf. The fescue feast of Dunas plays like a links course and sits 1km from the Atlantic Ocean. The holes are routed along wide fairways lined by corridors of mature trees, where playability off the tee is paramount – with sandy waste areas populated with some native vegetation – you need strategy on every tee shot. There is always a better side of the fairway to approach the green from and sometimes dramatic reward for a bold line.
Located in the Algarve, within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the 5 Star Ria Park Hotel & Spa is surrounded by a verdant valley from where you can see the beach and the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The South Course is the crown jewel of Quinta do Lago. Designed in 1974 by William Mitchell, and the winner of Portugal’s best golf course in 2019, it is a favourite among European tour players. The South Course has hosted the Portuguese Open eight times, and is set among umbrella pines, lakes and wild flowers, overlooking the serene Ria Formosa Natural Park.

Founded more than 30 years ago, this Michelin star restaurant is located in on Praia da Ancão beach, in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park.

The Ria Formosa is a wetland, covering an area of about 18,400 acres along 60 kilometres from the Ancão River to Manta Rota beach. It is considered one of the most beautiful parks in Portugal, due to its great wealth of unique flora, fauna and wildlife. Once on board you will be guided by the professional and experienced skipper around this coastal land on the fringes of the Algarve.
Much of this area is made up of sandy beaches that are largely empty even at peak times of year. The rest of the park is a blend of scrub and grass, wildlife, wetlands, and humble, white-washed houses clustered together in a handful of villages.

This morning we will check out of our hotel and leave Portugal, as we make our way to the beautiful Costa del Sol in Spain, stopping on the way to explore Seville.
Hotel Amàre Marbella is a 4-star Adult Only hotel, on the beach in the Costa del Sol. It’s located right on the promenade and only a 5 minutes’ walk from Marbella’s old town. If you feel like relaxing on the beach, Marbella comprises 24 beaches along a 27-km coastline. If culture is more your thing, Marbella Old Town dates back to the 15th century, right after the Christian Reconquista. Featuring winding streets, typical Andalusian houses with balconies decorated with fresh flowers, historic buildings and a great choice of cool restaurants and small boutiques, the Old Town offers something to see and enjoy at every corner.
