Why Travel With Golf & Tours?
Great experiences are meant to be shared, and every Golf & Tours trip is built to make sure they are. Here’s what you can expect when you travel with us to South Africa this March 2028.
Hosted from start to finish. Every Golf & Tours trip is personally escorted by one of our experienced hosts, sometimes founders Ainslie and Ben Saunders themselves, who knows the courses, the culture and your group. We’re not handing you off to a local guide and hoping for the best; your host is on the ground with you from the first tee to the last sundowner, making sure everything runs the way we’d want it to for our own family and friends.
Small groups, real friendships. We keep our tours intimate by design. Smaller groups mean better tee times, more time with your hosts, and the kind of connections that turn fellow travellers into friends you’re still golfing with years later.
Every detail curated, nothing left to chance. Championship golf, five-star stays, seamless transfers and immersive experiences, all bundled into one all-inclusive package. You focus on your golf and your company, we handle the logistics.
More than golf. A Golf & Tours trip is a holiday first and a golf trip second. In South Africa that means Big 5 game drives and time in Kruger National Park alongside the golf — not instead of it.
Travel that gives back. Through our partnership with i=Change, every Golf & Tours trip contributes to community and conservation projects in the places we visit, so your holiday leaves something behind.
Loved by the people who’ve already travelled with us. Our guests keep coming back, and keep telling us it’s the organisation, the warmth, and the friendships that stay with them long after the final round.
South Africa, March 2028
In March 2028, that means six rounds of golf at Leopard Creek, Highland Gate, Royal Johannesburg & Kensington, the private River Club, Kambaku Golf Club and Skukuza Golf Club (the only course inside Kruger National Park itself) paired with five-star stays at the Four Seasons, Highland Gate’s private luxury homes, Mjejane Private Lodges and Kruger Shalati, the Train on the Bridge suspended over the Sabie River, plus eight game drives across the trip. Register your interest above and we’ll be in touch as soon as the full itinerary and dates are locked in.
FAQ’s
Why travel with Golf & Tours?
Every Golf & Tours trip is personally escorted by one of our experienced hosts, sometimes founders Ainslie and Ben Saunders themselves, runs small groups for a more personal experience, and curates championship golf, five-star accommodation and immersive cultural experiences into one all-inclusive package.
What makes Golf & Tours different from other golf tour operators?
Unlike typical operators, every Golf & Tours trip is escorted throughout by a dedicated Golf & Tours host rather than handed off to a local guide. Groups are kept intentionally small, and each itinerary blends golf with non-golf experiences such as wine tastings, cultural tours and safaris.
Are Golf & Tours trips fully guided?
Yes. Every Golf & Tours trip is fully escorted by Golf & Tours hosts from arrival to departure, including transfers, tee times and off-course experiences.
What is included on the Golf & Tours South Africa March 2028 tour?
The South Africa tour includes six rounds of golf at Leopard Creek, Highland Gate, Royal Johannesburg & Kensington, The River Club, Kambaku Golf Club and Skukuza Golf Club, five-star accommodation including the Four Seasons, Mjejane Private Lodges and Kruger Shalati, eight game drives, and full escort by Golf & Tours hosts. This is a mixed tour open to women and men.

Yes. Golf & Tours partners with i=Change so that every trip contributes to community and conservation projects in the destinations travelled.
