North Berwick is the 13th oldest golf club in the world. Golf has been played over the historic West Links course since the 17th century, and we continue to play over the same piece of land as they did back then. With breath-taking views of the Firth of Forth and islands of Bass Rock, Craigleith, Lamb and Fidra, as well as the town of North Berwick itself, there are few places better in the world to play golf! A true championship links course..

- Archerfield Golf Club – 18 Holes with Pull Buggy

Fidra Links is unquestionably one of Scotland’s most spectacular golf courses. It’s named after the tiny island and iconic lighthouse – said to be the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson’s Treasure Island – that forms a beautiful focal point opposite Fidra’s dramatic 4th hole.
Swathes of towering Scots pines, a dramatic feature of the course, protect players from any breeze whipping in off the sea, and while the Fidra opens out into more traditional linksland from the short but devilish 12th until home, the velvety greens hide all kinds of surprises.
Optional Dinner with Host
Each evening you are welcome to join your Tour Host for dinner at a fabulous local restaurant (at own cost).
06 May 2026, Wed

This is your day at leisure to explore Edinburgh, known for its beauty and history. The city offers a plethora of unique corners, museums, and iconic architecture to explore. A visit to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, Victoria Street, and St Giles Cathedral is a must for an unforgettable experience.
Or if relaxation is more your thing, you could book a sumptuous facial or spa treatment in a soothing haven from everyday stresses, where the welcome is warm, the spirits are lifted, and the pursuit of balance is the only option on the menu.
Evening at Leisure
07 May 2026, Thu
- Transfer to Aberdeen
- Castle Visit at Glamis Castle
This morning, after a world class breakfast, and the morning spent exploring Edinburgh at your leisure, you will check out of your luxury accommodation at the Waldorf Astoria. We will then transfer, by private coach to Aberdeen including a visit to Glamis Castle former home of the Queen Mother and steeped in history.
Transfer to Aberdeen
Malmaison Aberdeen is a stunning luxury hotel with sumptuous rooms, a sophisticated brasserie, a diverse spa and endless exquisite designs, style and flair. Formerly the Queen’s Hotel, the boutique Malmaison Aberdeen is part new-build, part original façade. Other special features include the gym and the wine-tasting cellar. In addition to the brasserie with its excellent wines, the Whisky Snug is a cosy corner where you can sip fine whiskies from over-sized tartan armchairs.
08 May 2026, Fri
- Return group golf transfers
- Royal Aberdeen – 18 Holes with Pull Buggy
- Optional Dinner with Host
Balgownie is one of the truest linksland layouts in golf. It’s a course to test all levels of golfer, on this challenging but picturesque links course. Balgownie’s front nine holes rank amongst the very best in the world. No two are the same within a natural ecosystem, interspersed with rich turf and tight rolling fairways, that is a sheer delight to behold. Royal Aberdeen is a traditional out and back links running along the shore of the North Sea and is regarded by many as having the finest first nine holes in golf. The back nine holes play on higher ground and provide stunning North Sea views.
Optional Dinner with Host
Each evening you are welcome to join your Tour Host for dinner at a fabulous local restaurant (at own cost).
09 May 2026, Sat
- Return group golf transfers
- Cruden Bay – 18 Holes with Pull Buggy
- Dinner at the Kilmarnoch Arms after golf
Some say golf was played at Cruden Bay way back in the 18th century. An authenticated ballot box with the inscription “Cruden Golf Club 1791” exists, but Cruden Bay Golf Club wasn’t formed until more than 100 years later. Old Tom Morris and Archie Simpson laid out the course for the Great North of Scotland Railway Company (GNSR) and it opened for play in 1899. In 1926, Tom Simpson and Herbert Fowler redeveloped the layout leaving many of the original greensites and routing intact. Little has since changed.
Dinner at The Kilmarnock Arms after golf
Each evening you are welcome to join your Tour Host for dinner at a fabulous local restaurant (at own cost).
10 May 2026, Sun
- Transfer to Inverness 3.5hrs via Cairngorms National Park
- Lunch in Braemar at The Fife Arms
- Check-in Ness Walk Hotel
Today the group will travel from Aberdeen to Inverness via the stunning Scottish Highlands. Our coach will drive through the picturesque and startling Cairngorms National Park before we stop at Braemar (The home of the Highland Games) for lunch at the Fife Arms.
Built in the 19th century, The Fife Arms Hotel is a Braemar landmark and is a category B listed building. Its size is evidence of the popularity of Braemar in the wake of Queen Victoria’s visits and her purchase of Balmoral, just 15 minutes from the hotel.
Nestled on the leafy banks of the River Ness, lies Ness Walk, an idyllic 5-star retreat hotel in Inverness. Originally a 19th-century house, our lovingly restored Grade B listed building still retains many of its period features. But unified with modern design and architecture, providing a flawless balance between past and present.
11 May 2026, Mon
- Return group golf transfers
- The Nairn Golf Club – 18 Holes with Pull Buggy
- Optional Dinner with Host
Nairn Golf Club is located on an elevated, rumpled piece of linksland on the Moray Firth coastline, close to the historic fishing port. It’s one of Scotland’s lesser-known gems.
This is a course which has been touched by many great architects. The club was founded in 1887 to an original design by Andrew Simpson. A few years later Old Tom Morris extended the layout and, prior to the Great War, James Braid made further alterations. Directly after the Great War, Ben Sayers added his mark to the course only to find James Braid itching to polish off the design. It is no wonder that Nairn is such a detailed masterpiece.
Optional Dinner with Host
Each evening you are welcome to join your Tour Host for dinner at a fabulous local restaurant (at own cost).
12 May 2026, Tue
- Return group golf transfers
- Cabot Highlands Castle Stuart – 18 Holes with Pull Buggy
- Optional Dinner with Host
Hugging the shoreline of the Moray Firth, the rugged and natural landscape is comprised of vast expanses of gorse, broom, heather, and sea marram. Tightly framed vistas combine the immediacy of natural surrounds with far-stretching views, creating at once a sense of grounding and grandeur. Manicured playing surfaces and natural rugged vegetation come together in a design reminiscent of golf’s transitional period from 1890 to 1935.
Optional Dinner with Host
Each evening you are welcome to join your Tour Host for dinner at a fabulous local restaurant (at own cost).
13 May 2026, Wed
Day at Leisure in Inverness
Inverness is a city on Scotland’s northeast coast, where the River Ness meets the Moray Firth. It’s the largest city and the cultural capital of the Scottish Highlands. Its Old Town features 19th-century Inverness Cathedral, the mostly 18th-century Old High Church and an indoor Victorian Market selling food, clothing and crafts. The contemporary Inverness Museum and Art Gallery traces local and Highland history.
14 May 2026, Thu
- Return group golf transfers
- Royal Dornoch – 18 Holes with Pull Buggy
- Farewell Dinner
Royal Dornoch Golf Club is spellbinding. It seems to mesmerise amateur and professional golfers from all over the world and many make the pilgrimage to this natural links at some point in their lives.
It’s the timeless setting that makes Royal Dornoch such a pleasing place to play golf. It’s wild, isolated and, at the same time, absolutely beautiful; there’s the blaze of colour in early summer when the gorse is in flower. The pure white sandy beach divides the links from the Dornoch Firth and it all feels very humbling.
Farewell Dinner
Join your Host and the rest of the guests for one final dinner together (included).
