On our 2025 Women’s Queenstown Golf Tour, we’ll be staying on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, at the centrally located Crowne Plaza Queenstown. You’ll literally be steps away from bars, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, day spas and great coffee.
As with all G&T tours, this Women’s Queenstown Golf Tour will include more than just golf. There are many walking and hiking trails around Queenstown, Milford Sound sightseeing tours, or you can indulge yourself with spa treatments, boutique shopping and excellent food and wine, from one of the 200 vineyards in the region.

The Crowne Plaza Queenstown is centrally located, being only a short walk to Queenstown’s main streets and a 4-minute walk to the beach. With views overlooking Lake Wakatipu and Queenstown’s Remarkable Mountain range, you can enjoy the Queenstown’s beautiful scenery right from the doorstep of the hotel. All rooms at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown have a balcony offering either a courtyard, or lakeside view.

With the back drop of 2300 vertical metres of the razorback Remarkables Mountain range and outstanding lake and mountain panoramas, Jack’s Point Golf Course is one of the most visually spectacular in the world, and it offers golfers of any calibre a challenging and unforgettable experience. The course has been designed around the natural landscape, with minimal excavation. The course is built on the most spectacular of Jack’s Point terrain, weaving through native tussock grasslands, dramatic rock outcrops, steep bluffs and swathes of native bush to the edge of Lake Wakatipu.

Surrounded by the clear waters of Lake Wakatipu, situated on the Kelvin Heights Peninsula, Queenstown Golf Club is picturesque, with ever-changing vistas. Although not long, the tree lined fairways are tight. It becomes particularly challenging when the westerly blows through the Southern Alps and down the lake. Bring a jumper and dress in layers for the most enjoyable experience!

Today you have time to explore all that Queenstown has on offer. Renowned for adventure sports, it’s also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns.
Choose to take the gondola up Bob’s Peak to the Skyline complex for some amazing panoramic views of the Southern Alps and across Lake Wakatipu – try your hand at luging or consider paragliding back down to town! Or if you feel like something a little more relaxing, a scenic cruise on Lake Wakatipu aboard vintage steamship TSS Earnslaw with lunch or Farm Tour is fabulous.

The course measures 6,388 metres (6,986 yards) from the championship tees and is built on the most spectacular of Jack’s Point terrain. Designed in harmony with the natural environment, the course weaves through native tussock grasslands, dramatic rock outcrops, steep bluffs and swathes of native bush to the edge of Lake Wakatipu.

Home of the ISPS Handa New Zealand Open, this too is one of the most scenic golf courses in the world, with extraordinary photo opportunities at every turn. Millbrook is set in a natural amphitheatre and utilises the superb physical terrain to provide an outstanding golf experience for players of all levels. The new 9-hole course at Millbrook, Mill Farm will be complete in early 2022, and will combine with the existing Coronet nine to form an 18-hole layout called Coronet.
