Alex Russell was the original course architect for the renowned Sandbelt golf course situated in Bentleigh East, Victoria. The Yarra Yarra Golf Club is one of the eight famous Sandbelt Golf Courses and is currently ranked number 26 in Australia.
The course has undergone a major restoration over the past three years to bring it back to the original Alex Russell design. Fairways were opened to create a greater visual aspect and the first six holes were re-routed.
This is a course that has stood the test of time and pays tribute to its original layout and design.

The Peninsula Country Golf Club is located half way down the Mornington Peninsula, the arched finger of land that begins in Melbourne and sweeps down to the windy promontories of Cape Schank to the southeast and Portsea to the north and west.
This makes one course’s most distinct features its dramatic terrain including large slopes, deep contours and significant changes in elevation which the routing has integrated beautifully, gives rise to bold features and extremely memorable holes throughout.
